It was extremely hard to believe that he had passed so suddenly June 20, 2017(42yrs old) from sickle cell complications. P battled sickle cell his entire life and let us know through his music how bad the breakouts were his music. We felt the pain through his vivid lyrics. His strength, courage, and never give up attitude gave me courage in high school.
